On-line Pre-conference (every Friday, from February 19th, 2021 to March 12th, 2021) Deadlines
| 30 September 2020: | abstract submission (max 300 words). |
| 20 December 2020: | short paper (4 - 6 pages) submission only for those authors who wish their paper to be published in the pre-conference Book of short papers (with ISBN) |
| 29 January 2021: | communication of acceptance of submitted short papers with any referees annotations. |

| 15 June 2021: | abstract submission (max 300 words). |
| 15 July 2021: | short paper (4 - 6 pages) submission only for those authors who wish their paper to be published in the conference Book of short papers (with ISBN). |
| 31 July 2021: | early bird reduced accreditation fees (euro 100); special early bird reduced fees for junior participants* (euro 50). |
| 15 August 2021: | upload of the final version of the submitted short papers, after the review process. |
Accreditation fees are requested to at least one of the authors of each contribution;
* Junior participants are students, PhD and post-doc under 33 years old.
