Call for Papers Thematic issue on "Recent Advances in Data-driven Statistical Methods"
Nowadays, the pervasive usage of data to measure all the relevant aspects of our life (economics, health, social life) makes data modeling particularly important.
This thematic issue seeks applied and methodological papers addressing challenging problems using new statistical or machine learning methods or decision analytics. Papers dealing with the analysis of large volumes of data (structured and unstructured) with the goal of ensuring a high level of data reliability are also welcomed.
Methodological and empirical papers related to the following types of application fields are particularly appreciated.
This call is open to all the works and research presented at the Italian Statistical Conference 2022 (SIS2022) held in Caserta but remains open to anyone else interested. Submitted articles must not have been previously published or currently submitted for journal publication elsewhere. Publication of a preliminary version of your article in the SIS conference proceedings is fine.
